Diploma and Masters Degree Program
For Study at the Main Campus in Louisville Applications for diploma and basic professional degree (masters level) programs must be received in the Admissions Office according to the following application schedule.

January Term -- December 1
Spring Semester -- December 15
Summer Term -- May 15
Fall Semester -- July 15

Professional Doctoral Programs:
Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), or Doctor of Educational Ministry (D.Ed.Min.)
January Term -- October 15
Summer Term -- March 15
Doctor of Missiology (D.Miss.), or Doctor of Music Ministry (D.M.M.):
30 days prior to the doctoral qualifying examination

Research Doctoral Programs
Master of Theology (Th.M.), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), or Doctor of Musical Arts (D.M.A.):
Spring Semester -- September 1
Fall Semester -- February 1
Doctor of Education in Leadership (Ed.D.):
February 1 for summer admission

Master of Arts in Theological Studies and Master of Music Programs

1) Application for admission.
2) Official transcripts of all the student¡¯s previous college, seminary, and graduate school work, along with evidence of graduation with the baccalaureate degree.
3) Three letters of recommendation. Each letter must be accompanied by a completed reference form, which is included in the application materials.
4) Resume listing employment, extracurricular or community activities, and scholastic honors.
5) Completed application form with accompanying essays
6) Toefl: 600(250 CBT)
