- Registering your details with Credit Reference Agencies which can affect your ability to get credit infuture .
- Recovery action which can involve realisation of wages and Bank accounts , action to attach any value in your property , bankruptcy and repossession proceedings .
- Passing details to Debt Recovery Agents to pursue you for repayment , which can involve personal visits to your home .
If we need to proceed down these routes , the cost of taking these actions will be added to amount due by you to the Bank .
Despite having reached this stage , we are still willing to agree repayment arrangment .
What To do Within 10 days from the date of this letter - if you have proposal to bring your account ( s ) within the agreed arrangements , call the above telephone number or write to us at the above address .
In the meantime , please return any Cheque book ( s ) and card ( s ) to us for signature and magnetic strip before posting .
If the card ( s ) is not returned immediately , Recovery Agents will be instructed to collect the card ( s ) .
This will result in a fee of 125￡ being charged to your account .
