The College of William and Mary(약칭으로 W&M)은 버지니아 주 Williamsburg에 위치한 소규모 공립대학으로, 영국왕 윌리엄 3세와 여왕 메리 2세의 칙령에 따라 1693년에 설립되어 미국에서 두 번째로 오래된 고등교육기관이다. 대학은 학부 및 교양과정에서 명성을 얻었으며, 규모로는 대학교급에 속하지만 칙령에 따른 이름인 College를 고수하고 있다.

W&M은 학부과정 대학과 연구대학의 장점을 골고루 갖추고 있는 것으로 평가받고 있다. 대학은 U.S. News & World Report가 집계한 대학 순위에서 공립대학 가운데 5위, 전체에서 31위를 차지했으며, 1,200에이커 규모의 캠퍼스에 학부생 약 6,256 명과 대학원생 약 2,517 명이 재학중이다.

W&M의 학생 대 교수 비율은 11:1 수준으로, 정상급 공립대학으로서는 흔치 않은 수치다.
