Application Checklist
A completed application for the degree being sought (baccalaureate, masters, or doctorate)
A non-refundable application fee of $40.00
Tuition payment worksheet
Written recommendations from qualified individuals attesting to the applicant’s commitment to Christ, church involvement, leadership ability, academic performance and potential, ability to communicate, interpersonal relationships, and other significant character traits
Official transcripts and/or test scores sent directly from all schools, colleges, universities, and other learning institutions attended
An autobiographical essay
Master of Arts applicants should have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale and Master of Divinity applicants should have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
TOEFL Score
For the Bachelor of Arts and all master’s programs a minimum score of 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based), or 79 (Internet-based) is required for acceptance. For the Doctor of Ministry program the following minimum scores are required: 600 (paper-based), 250 (computer-based), or 100 (Internet-based).
Financial Resource Statement
The applicant must show evidence of adequate financial resources to live and study in the U.S. This includes an official summary statement or affidavit of available financial support from the student, the student’s family, or other financial guarantors in the U.S. or the home country of the applicant. An official bank statement verifying financial resources for a year of study must be submitted.
