RTS는 사람들이 성장 교회 생활의 모든 측면에 대한 성경의 지각 응용 프로그램에서 발생 될 수 있다는 사역에서 비롯해 현실적인 교육을 제공하기 위해 설립되었다. 성경은 하나님의 거짓없는 말씀으로 절대적 마지막 권위 때문에 RTS 전체 교과 과정의 근간이 된다. RTS는 특히 장로교와 Reformed 가족에 있어 복음주의 기독교의 모든 지점에서 교회를 봉사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 미국내 jackson, Orlando, Chalotte, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Houston등에 캠프스를 두고 있다.
