1979년 설립된 신학 대학으로 개혁신학 종파 중 하나이다. 웨스트 민스터 신학교 캘리포니아 (WSC)는 대학원 신학 연구를 통해 하나님을 영화롭게 하고자 하는 신학 대학으로 샌디에고 북부에 위치해 있다. 특히 장로교와 개혁 교단을 위해 기독교에 대한 미래의 목회자를 교육하는 것에 주된 목적으로 한다.
